By providing personal information by any means, whether electronic or physical, the grantor accepts and authorizes DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, partners or employees to use and process their personal data and information provided in an automated manner, which will become part of the database of any of the brands, affiliates, subsidiaries and/or shareholders, partners or employees of DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C.

The party responsible for safeguarding the information provided will be DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., both with address at Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas, number 2264, Plaza Rufino Segundo Piso Local 204, in Colonia Valle Oriente, in the Municipality of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. The purpose of this notice is to protect personal data, in order to guarantee its privacy, management and the right of the grantor of said information to its effective elimination and/or modification.

Some of the personal data of the grantor, spouse and/or co-borrower that will be collected, in an enunciative but not limiting manner, will be the following: Full name; age; place and date of birth; IMSS or Infonavit affiliation number; gender; education; marital status; income; nationality; address; email; home, work or cell phone number; preferred form of contact; information on how you found out about our products and services, among others.

The use that will be given to the information may be, without limitation, any of the following:

The announcement, development and commercialization of our products and services within the Mexican Republic, knowledge of the market and the performance of the company within it; sales monitoring; development of studies to determine customer satisfaction; the creation of customer files for internal use and credit analysis; the creation of directories; the creation of databases to understand the profile and needs of the client; the sending of promotions about our products or services; the delivery of promotions; the delivery of loyalty awards; the sending of communications of all kinds; the invitation to events; the performance of various analyses in order to determine the effectiveness of advertising; among others.

As part of the operations of DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., they may share some or all of your personal data with third parties. The Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties establishes the rights of the grantor to oppose the handling of the information that he has provided. The request may be made in writing to the email address servicioaclientes@daxrealestate.com.mx or physically at the address of DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., said request must contain the following information:

Full name and address or other means to communicate the response to the request;

Copy of the documents that prove the identity of the grantor or, where appropriate, the personality of his representative;

Clear and precise identification of the personal data regarding which one seeks to exercise any of the rights
