Databases: The ordered set of personal data referring to an identified or identifiable person.
Sales Concessionaire: In terms of NOM-247, the Sales Concessionaire is defined as the natural or legal person who, by virtue of a contractual relationship with the supplier, is authorized by the latter to carry out autonomously and with its own human and material resources, the promotion for the commercialization of housing, being in this case DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C.
Builder: In terms of NOM-247, the builder is defined as the natural or legal person in charge of executing the work in accordance with the executive project authorized by the competent authority, which will also have the status of Supplier. Understanding it as the natural or legal person who supplies real estate to DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C.
Personal data: Any information concerning a natural person, identified or identifiable, in accordance with article 3, section V, of the LFPDPPP.
Fraccionador: In terms of NOM-247, the fractionator is defined as the natural or legal person who habitually or periodically engages in segmenting properties for residential use, which will also have the status of Supplier before DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., or the final purchaser.
LFPDPPP: Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties
NOM-247: It will be understood as the Mexican Official Housing Standard (NOM-247-SE-2021)
Promoter: In terms of NOM-247, the promoter is defined as the natural or legal person, dependent or authorized by the provider, who periodically or habitually engages in the economic activity of promoting the purchase and sale of properties for residential use, which will also be recognized as a Supplier.
Social Networks: Social networks are virtual communication platforms that allow users to create content through simple editing, publishing and information exchange tools between participants. These digital media include blogs, professional networks, interest groups and forums, among others.
Responsible: The responsible party is defined as the private individual or legal entity that decides on the processing of personal data, in this case DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., as well as its collaborators and/or suppliers.
User: Individual or legal entity that accesses the Website and/or social networks owned by DAX REAL ESTATE or DAX CONSULTORIA CON VALOR S.C., in order to consult the Real Estate portfolio or the services offered.
